Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in El Monte, California. We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is FREE and typically arrives within 3–5 business days. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging and condition. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Warranty
All Huxky FX products are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. If your product fails under normal use within the warranty period, contact us and we will repair or replace it. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
